Collection of your personal information
You can access and browse our website without disclosing personal information. We will only collect your personal information when you provide us with your name and email address to contact us by sending a message. The personal information will only be used to respond to you. Electronic direct mail (eDM) & newsletter subscription
The department uses both internally built mail distribution software and third-party vendors to provide online communication services for some email campaigns and newsletter services.
In subscribing to newsletters, you are providing the department with personal information, which we will not disclose for any other purpose without your consent.
You can unsubscribe at any time and your email address will be moved to a 'do not contact' email database. To do this, select the unsubscribe link within each email or newsletter type you have previously subscribed to.

Is any other information collected?
When you visit this website, anonymous information about your visit is recorded to assist with website administration. This statistical information does not identify individual users or tell us anything about you specifically, but it does record how visitors use our site. Clickstream data
The following non-personal information may be automatically recorded by the web server of any of DJSIR’s web spaces for statistical and system administration purposes:

Like many others, DJSIR’s web spaces and web services accessible through the DJSIR’s web spaces, may use cookies from time to time.
