Silverwater Retreat, a new four-and-half star resort located on the rolling hills near San Remo at Phillip Island, opens this month.

The architect-designed resort boasts a glorious natural setting with myriad attractions and activities close by including swimming, surfing and golfing. The property has: a heated pool; spa pool; gymnasium and steam room; illuminated tennis and basketball courts; children’s playroom and outdoor playground; billiard room; and a private oval called ‘The Village Green’.

Accommodation at the resort features 204 one-two-and three-bedroom studio apartments with modern conveniences and stylish contemporary décor. Many of the studio apartments face north and take advantage of the bay views.

The resort also has excellent meeting and function facilities to accommodate up to 230 people.

The resort can organise bookings and transfers for guests to enjoy the full range of activities on offer at Phillip Island ranging from visiting the famous Penguin Parade or the fishing village at San Remo, to a trip to see the Phillip Island Grand Prix circuit or experiencing an award- winning winery.

Silverwater Resort hasan indoor and outdoor restaurant, bar and café with a tasty menu that will utilise local produce created by executive chef Andrew Kelly.

Some of the tempting opening specials include: overnight accommodation for two people staying in a studio apartment with gourmet breakfast for $165 per couple, per night; or overnight accommodation for two (no inclusions for  $113 per couple, per night, based on a three night room-only stay.
