A brand new resort will open in Warrnambool this month, a four-hour drive from Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road. Mantra Deep Blue at Warrnambool will be a stunning addition to the 4.5 star Mantra brand, representing the only international standard hotel on the Western Gateway to the Great Ocean Road and Shipwreck Coast.
Being nestled on a small peninsula between Lady Bay and Stingray Bay ensures that each of the resort’s 75 hotel rooms and five apartments have a spectacular view of this amazing coastline. The resort also features an onsite Water Table Café and Bar.
Providing a relaxing and rejuvenating beachside holiday experience, the eco-friendly Mantra Deep Blue sits atop an underground aquifer which provides mineral rich, heated water to its indulgent Deep Water Baths and Spa facility, set to open in late 2007.
The Deep Water Baths & Spa will comprise a large indoor heated pool, toddlers’ pool, three treatment rooms, two hydrotherapy spas, four individual hot pool rooms and a private spa therapy pool.
Within the next 15 months a purpose-built conference facility boasting four conference rooms and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment as well as an additional 28 spacious apartments will be completed.
