Experience a fascinating introduction into wine at Domaine Chandon’s new Sunday School winery tour. Dedicate a Sunday between 11am to 1pm to tasting world-class wines at Chandon’s winery located in the stunning Yarra Valley region.
Whether a beginner or a fully-fledged wine enthusiast, Domaine Chandon offers a two-hour wine discovery course to experience the production, flavour and culture of their wine.
The tour allows participants to taste wine in progress, from the barrel to the bottle, as well as establishing an understanding of the varying characteristics of chardonnay and pinot noir. The tour also enables behind the scenes demonstrations on how ‘Méthode Traditionelle’ sparkling wine is made.
Learn how to taste wine properly in an exciting and informative way and explore how chardonnay and pinot noir work to influence the taste of sparkling and still wines.
Bookings are essential with a maximum of ten people in each session. Sunday School is held at the picturesque Chandon winery, giving participants an intimate opportunity to celebrate premium wines.
