A magnificent new property will open this month on the Great Ocean Road. Perched high on top of an untouched cliff top, Rotten Point House overlooks the famous Johanna Beach and is a two hour-drive from Melbourne.
This architecturally-designed, rammed earth house boasts stunning views over the Southern Ocean to Moonlight Head and beyond.
Situated on 100 acres of native bushland adjoining the Great Otway National Park, Rotten Point House is the prefect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a weekend of seclusion and privacy.
Floor to ceiling windows enable guests to take in the ever-changing views from each room. It can sleep up to eight people in four bedrooms with two kingsize beds and two split king beds, and has two spacious bathrooms.
The house is fully equipped for cooking up a gourmet feast, or guests can order in food from a local chef when they place their booking with Rotten Point House.
In-house massages can be also be arranged, so that guests never need leave the seclusion of their private oasis!
A weekend package (i.e three nights) is $3,000 (sleeping up to eight people). The house can be rented mid-week (Mon- Thus with a minimum two-night stay) for a rate of $1000. The weekly rate (seven nights) is $6,300.
