Chocolate Rush Chocolate Festival
Chocolate Rush Chocolate Festival returns to Melbourne on the weekend of 9 – 10 August with an even bigger and better program.
The 2008 Masterclasses will be delivered by two international guest chefs – Frenchmen Michael Rispe and Jean-Marc Bernelin. Michael Rispe has more than 15 years’ experience in world class restaurants, most recently as an executive pastry chef for Gordon Ramsay and at the Waldorf-Astoria. Jean-Marc Bernelin is technical consultant at Callebaut Asia Pacific, the largest industrial chocolate producer in Asia.
The Abbotsford Convent hosts the festival this year, with workshops, masterclasses, demonstrations, children activities, the Australian Chocolate Championships, a chocolate market, hot chocolate competition and much more.
