The colourful and informativeguide has been super-sized for 2008, reflecting the growing strength of food and wine tourism across Victoria's north east. Inside is everything the food and wine-lover needs to know about travelling Victoria's Alpine Valleys, Rutherglen, Beechworth, Glenrowan, and King Valley.
The fourth edition of North East Victoria's premier source of gourmet travel information has been expanded to include the breadth of tourism experiences now offered in the area, such as cycle and car touring, gliding, picnicing, and the staple winery, restaurant, brewery and farm-gate browsing.
There is also an increased focus on the North East's personalities in this new edition. "Many people who travel in search of great food and wine invariably want to also meet the interesting people who make it," says North East Valleys Executive Officer, Helen Shapley.
