As the temperature soars, swap your thongs for ice skates and cool off at the new Disco On Ice at Docklands. The enormous 600 square metre 'Stars On Ice' touring ice rink is at Waterfront City until Friday 15 August.This venue is fully supervised by experienced attendants, ensuring a fabulous day out with family or friends.
The rink will be transformed into a disco on Friday and Saturday nights from 8pm to 9.30pm, providing city goers the chance to skate under disco lights to groovy tunes.

The 2008 Melbourne International Boat and Lifestyle Show will showcase all things boating from luxury multi-million dollar cruisers right down to marine fashion and holidays from 1 - 3 February 2008, sprawling from Telstra Dome along New Quay to Waterfront City.
Try sailing a yacht, paddling a canoe or taking a ride in a power boat. For an adrenaline rush, view the on land pro wakeboarding competition as enthusiasts of this ever growing sport show off their talents. Boats from the forthcoming Australian Offshore SuperBoat Championships will also be on display with an opportunity for visitors to meet the drivers.

Moomba makes a splash again at Docklands with a jam packed program of FREE family fun on Sunday 9 March 2008. Highlights include the Melbourne International Dragon Boat Festival and extreme Wakeboarding demonstrations on the water along with an exciting array of interactive activities.
Waterfront City will be transformed into an all action zone with wakeboarding on land, bungee trampolining, bath tub races, skate boarding and ice skating. Take part in a drumming workshop, learn to dance or simply be amazed by our street performers lead by the world class Waterheads.
