Crown confirmed to host Gordon Ramsey’s Maze restaurant
Gordon Ramsay’s Maze, one of London’s most popular and successful restaurant concepts, will open in Melbourne in 2010 at a new hotel currently being constructed at Crown in Southbank.
With restaurants already running in London, New York and Prague, Maze at Crown will be an Australian first and is tipped to be a major drawcard for local, interstate and international visitors.
Maze offers French-based cuisine with Asian influences and small tasting plates. Guests are encouraged to order individually or sample many dishes.
The restaurant’s opening will further cement Crown’s position as a major destination for the world’s best high end dining experiences in Melbourne.
Maze will be located at Crown’s third hotel, which is currently being built on Clarendon Street, Southbank, adjacent to the Crown Entertainment Complex, and will bring the total number of hotel rooms available at the Crown Entertainment Complex to more than 1600.
