Smarten up with a Style Addict shopping tour
Coming this month to Queen Victoria Market, Style Addict shopping tours will help visitors make their way around the largest open-air market in the Southern Hemisphere. It can sometimes be an overwhelming experience to tackle the Queen Vic, and these tours aim to help patrons discover the treasures that the market has to offer.
Numbers are kept small (approximately 10 people per group) and tours visit both shops and market stalls, with each trader giving a special offer to patrons.
Tours will be held on Sundays at 11am leaving from 69 Victoria Street and will run for two hours, giving people enough time afterwards to complete their shopping. Tours cost $35 per person which includes a goodie bag.
The market also offers QVM Style Addict evening tours on the last Monday of each month. Melbourne-based freelance fashion stylist and wardrobe consultant, Susan Conterno provides advice on what to wear, what not to wear, and how to make the latest looks work for you. These sessions are held from 6pm - 9pm and are $50 per person.
