Opened in January this year, The Workshop is a new addition to Melbourne’s thriving underground bar scene. Developed from the shell of an old motorcycle repair shop, old relics of its past can be found in every corner. Workshop’s walls are open to all artists and the art is changed frequently. Hard Rock Café makes way for new Melbourne ‘eat street’
The Hard Rock Café will close their doors (date TBC) to be replaced by shops as part of a refurbishment of Windsor Hotel. The alley next door, known as Windsor Place, will be swapped with cafes and restaurants, making a new alfresco ‘eat street’. Hard Rock Café will move to another city location in the coming months.
